What is the best to get something like a sucker done? I would like to get this white sucker I shot the other day done.

I had a cast done of this gar a long time ago and really liked the way the cast came out compared to a skin mount but have never seen a sucker done.

Reproductions are definitely nice.  The only problem is that sometimes they look too fake.  I've always preferred skin mounts for the trout and muskies I've had done.  I don't know how a sucker would turn out.
